CPE Technology Berhad is a holding company of several subsidiaries, including Champion Precision Engineering Pte Ltd, Champion Precision Technology Sdn. Bhd, Champion Component Sdn. Bhd. and Kita Champion Sdn. Bhd. It describes itself as a leading one-stop solution provider in quality precision machining and mechanical assemblies, with over 41 years of experience in high-tech industries such as semiconductors, automotive, health & science, optical mechanics, medical, oil-gas and sensors. Its inception began when Champion Precision Engineering Works was founded in Singapore in 1985, and it later expanded to Johor, Malaysia in 1995. The group operates as an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 precision machining house.

In 1994, Champion established its first factory outside Singapore in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. In 2000, it set up a factory in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and achieved ISO 9001 certification. The group is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 precision machining house with decades of machining experience in industries and sectors such as automotive components, semiconductors, electro-optical instruments, medical equipment, and flow & regulator industries.
