ColorFabb

colorFabb is a 3D printing filament brand founded by Ruud Rouleaux in the winter of 2012-2013. It began as a Helian Polymers brand and became an independent company in 2015. Its product range includes PLA/PHA, PETG, TPU, PEBA, ASA, PA, PHA and specialty effect filaments such as STEELFILL and WOODFILL, as well as third-party brand filaments such as igus IGLIDUR.

colorFabb was founded by Ruud Rouleaux, currently CEO and owner of Helian Polymers, in the winter of 2012-2013. It started as a Helian Polymers brand, and a new grade of PLA (PLA/PHA) was developed and became commercially available in March 2013. In 2013, colorFabb started as a Helian Polymers brand, PLA/PHA filaments were produced, and a webshop launched with first resellers. In 2014, it moved to a large production facility, launched bronzeFill and bambooFill, and announced a partnership with Eastman Chemical Company. In 2015, it launched brassFill, XT-CF20 and corkFill, became an independent company, expanded to six production lines, and released nGen.
