COIN PARK is the brand of pay parking lots operated by Kabushiki Kaisha Coin Park (株式会社コインパーク), a Japanese company headquartered in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. The company proposes land-utilization plans to landowners and operates and manages pay-by-the-hour parking lots, including parking attached to stores and facilities. Its official site states that it has over 20 years of experience and more than 2,000 parking locations nationwide, and its distribution map lists 1,809 facilities as of September 15, 2026.

According to the company profile, the parking business began in May 1993 as the Parking Business Division of Tokyo Kanri Co., Ltd., which mainly handled rent guarantees and management for apartments and condominiums, and started parking lot operation and management. In July 1993 it formed a business alliance with Technical Denshi Co., Ltd., a parking equipment manufacturer, and expanded as a comprehensive planning and operation management department for pay-by-the-hour parking lots. In September 1995 the Parking Business Division of Tokyo Kanri Co., Ltd. became independent and newly opened as Coin Park Co., Ltd. In August 1996 it jointly developed the COIN PARK CPM-24 unmanned pay parking lot machine with a manufacturer and expanded operations as a manufacturer. The company subsequently passed milestones of 1,000 operated parking spaces in March 2000, 2,000 in April 2006, 3,000 in March 2008, 4,000 in March 2010, 5,000 in January 2013, and 6,000 in January 2014. It opened an Osaka branch in March 2013, a Yokohama sales office in September 2014, and a Nagoya sales office in September 2022. It surpassed 1,000 operated parking facilities in June 2015, and by September 2021 operated 1,465 facilities and 11,377 parking spaces.
