History
CODIX was created on October 14, 1993. In 1994, iMX was extended to Consumer Finance and Leasing. In 1998, CODIX Bulgaria was created. In 2001, accounts receivable management was added. In 2002, extension to Credit Insurance handling. In 2003, CODIX Tunisia was created. In 2004, CODIX extended the scope of iMX by creating an innovative factoring system. In 2007, the first version of iMX for Factoring and Asset-Based Lending (ABL) was released live. In 2008, CODIX USA and CODIX Vietnam were created. In 2009, iMX evolved with purchase financing, shipment financing, supply-chain financing, and Reverse. In 2011, syndication was added to iMX. In 2012, extensive loan-handling features were added. In 2013, CODIX Spain and CODIX Mexico were created. In 2014, advanced leasing features were added. In 2015, a new representation in Romania was added. In 2016, iMX was extended with advanced consumer finance features. In 2018, new local representations in Germany and Canada were added. In 2019, a new representation in Colombia was added. In 2021, a new representation in the UK was added. In 2022, CODIX Middle East and CODIX Morocco were established. As of 2026, iMX is the leading software in several financial industries.
