Cocolonet Co., Ltd. (こころネット株式会社) is a Japanese holding company headquartered in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture. Its group operates funeral services as its core business, alongside stone materials, wedding, floral, and mutual-aid (互助会) businesses. The group traces its origins to a 1892 funeral-goods store founded in Fukushima City under the trade name Tamaya, and to a 1929 stone shop founded in what is now Date City, Fukushima Prefecture. In November 2005 the stone business Kanno Group and the ceremonial business Ai to Ai Group integrated through a share exchange, and the Cocolonet Group was launched in April 2006. Cocolonet Co., Ltd. listed on the Osaka Securities Exchange JASDAQ (Standard) in April 2012, later moving to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market. In February 2026 it integrated with San Holdings, Inc. (TSE Prime: 9628) through a share exchange, becoming its wholly owned subsidiary and joining the San Holdings Group, and was delisted from the TSE Standard Market.
