It describes a 75-year history and experience, operating through companies in the automotive, aviation and logistics sectors. Its official history timeline begins in 1950 with the production of Turkey's first patented fabric marking machine. In 1955, Süleyman Beltan, M. Kemal Coşkunöz and Talat Diniz founded SKT, which carried their initials; serial production of the accumulator clamp and the first oil seal manufacturing were carried out. In 1960, Kemal Hoca, who left SKT that year, founded the K. COŞKUNÖZ workshop in Bursa Yeniyol, and the production of bent sheet steel joinery profiles was carried out. In 1963, Turkey's first steel bus body was produced instead of wooden bodies. In 1965, the first hydraulic press manufacturing was carried out. In 1966, the foundation of the Metal Form factory was laid, and Turkey's first driver's cab was manufactured (for the FIAT 153 tractor). In 1968, the Metal Form factory began operating with 150 employees in the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone.
