History
CMS Glass Machinery was founded in Turkey in 1995, starting as a one-man garage workshop. The company began manufacturing glass processing machinery and achieved several firsts in Turkey. In 1997–1998, it started production of CNC automatic glass cutting tables and CNC automatic glass cutting lines. In 1999, it produced its first insulating glass production line, a first for Turkey. In 2002, it started production of laminated glass cutting machines and lines, again a first in Turkey. In 2003, it began producing CNC glass processing centers as the first company and only manufacturer in Turkey. In 2004, it started production of flat glass tempering furnaces as the first and only manufacturer in Turkey. In 2005, it added automatic spacer bending machines and automatic desiccant filling machines. In 2006, it started production of automatic glass sealing robots as a first manufacturer in Turkey. Between 2011 and 2014, it began production of laminated glass cutting production lines and automatic argon gas filling insulating glass production lines, both firsts in Turkey. In 2014–2015, it started production of automatic structural glass and aluminium frame assembling and bonding lines, and electromagnetic linear motor driven glass cutting lines, as well as CNC vertical glass arrising lines. In 2015–2017, it started production of servo driven panel press insulating glass production lines and glass seaming machines with diamond tools. In 2018, it was certified as the first and only R&D Center of Turkey for glass machines. In 2019, it started production of glass double edger machines and lines in Turkey as the first and only manufacturer. In 2020, the company celebrated its 25th anniversary. As of its 30th year in 2025, CMS Glass Machinery continues to design, produce, market and service glass machinery globally, with more than 10,000 customers and over 15,000 machines in 128 countries.
