Ciöcc is an Italian manufacturer of racing bikes and racing bike frames. Its official site presents custom carbon bicycles described as Italian craftsmanship, and lists road bikes and e-bikes including ATOM SL, SUPREMO DISC ACR, DEVILRY SL, BLADE PRO, RYDON SL, VERA, FREEWIND, E-SUPREMO, THOR EVO 6.0, E-VELOCE Endurance and B POWER RACE. The company's own history page states that CIÖCC was founded at the beginning of the 1970s and that in the 1980s it was a company without equal in Europe for the production of high-level racing frames.

According to the official About page, CIÖCC was founded at the beginning of the 1970s and from then began its growth and international affirmation, obtaining important results. In the 1980s, according to the same page, CIÖCC was a company without equal in Europe for the production of high-level racing frames, and well-known names in national and international cycling used CIÖCC bicycles, including Davide Cassani from 1982 to 1985, Lucien Van Impe, Stefano Allocchio, Massimo Podenzana, Patrizio Gambirasio and Stefano Dazzan. The page states that CIÖCC adapted to radical changes in the bicycle world from the 1990s, as the use of the classic steel frame gradually gave way first to aluminium and then to carbon products. It also states that in 1991 Mr. Conti decided to sell the company for personal reasons and proposed to Stefano Bonati and two other frame builders already part of the production department that they continue the activity; since then Stefano Bonati, after having been a filer, welder and painter of CIÖCC frames, became the owner as well as creator of all the steel frames.
