Chornomorsk shipyard

Chornomorsk shipyard (ІСРЗ) is a Ukrainian ship repair enterprise whose history began in 1951 in the convenient harbour of Sukhyi Lyman on the north-western coast of the Black Sea. The company is located near the Illichivsk sea port and 20 km from Odesa. It carries out repair and modernisation of all vessels, container production, diagnostics, defect detection, and design-engineering bureau work. The enterprise operates as ПрАТ «ІСРЗ» (Private Joint-Stock Company).

The history of ISRZ began in 1951 in the convenient harbour of Sukhyi Lyman on the north-western coast of the Black Sea. The enterprise has a favourable location near the Illichivsk sea port and 20 km from Odesa. In winter, vessels calling at Chornomorsk additionally benefit from the mild climate in this region.
