Overview

Chinoh.Ai株式会社 is a Japanese startup and robotics integrator (RIer) that specializes in integrating advanced Chinese logistics robotics into Japanese industrial and logistics settings. Founded in December 2018 as Quicktron Japan Co., Ltd., the company was renamed Chinoh.Ai in May 2020 after a capital alliance with Trancom Co., Ltd. It is headquartered in Ebisu Garden Place, Shibuya, Tokyo, and maintains a Chinese subsidiary, Shanghai Chinoh Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., in Shanghai. The company is led by CEO Seiichiro Saito and CTO Sean Guo. Chinoh.Ai does not simply sell robots; it provides end-to-end coordination from robot selection, design, development, installation, and setup to stable operation and maintenance. Its solutions are built around five core offerings: fully unmanned liftman operations (integrating RGV, AGV, robotic arms, and AGF), fully unmanned pallet picking (RGV and AGF), fully unmanned case picking (RGV, AGV, and robotic arms), semi-unmanned case picking (RGV and AGV with GTP), and manufacturing automation for storage and process transport. The company has successfully delivered projects worth over 3 billion yen cumulatively, including a notable project in Kannonji, Shikoku, where it achieved full unmanned operation of over 50 liftman positions by linking four types of robots. Chinoh.Ai positions itself as a bridge between global robotics technology and Japanese operational needs, customizing overseas products for the Japanese market. Its major clients include Sumisho Global Logistics, Trancom, Mazda, Kobayashi Create, and Aoyama Seisakusho. The company has received recognition from both domestic and international manufacturing and logistics industries. As of its company overview, it has about 20 employees across Shanghai and Tokyo, and its cumulative order value is approximately 2.5 billion yen. It remains a private company, with management shareholders and Trancom as major shareholders.
