Chinese Health Qigong Association

The Chinese Health Qigong Association (abbreviated CHQA) is a national mass sports social organization engaged in the promotion, popularization and research of Health Qigong. It is a non-profit social organization and a group member of the All-China Sports Federation. It is composed of provincial, autonomous-region and municipal Health Qigong associations, industry and university sports associations, other legally established Health Qigong organizations, and individuals devoted to Health Qigong. Its stated purpose is to unite Health Qigong workers and enthusiasts nationwide, inherit and carry forward Chinese culture, and advocate and popularize mass Health Qigong activities. It accepts the professional guidance and supervision of the General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and its headquarters is in Beijing.
