China National Chemical Information Centre

China National Chemical Information Centre Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "中国化信") is a national-level industry information research institution. It was formed in 1992 through the merger of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry Science and Technology Information Research Institute (established 1959) and the former Ministry of Chemical Industry Economic Information Centre (established 1984). Its business covers three main segments: consulting research, information services, and media. It operates the National Engineering Technology Library Chemical Branch, the National Chemical International Exhibition Exchange Centre, the Competitive Intelligence Research Institute, the Chemical Risk Assessment and Experimental Base, the National Chemical Energy Conservation (Emission Reduction) Centre, the China Petrochemical Circular Economy Research Institute, and the Pesticide Economic and Technical Centre. It undertakes multiple national key projects for the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Commerce, and is an important strategic partner of well-known domestic and foreign institutions.
