China Legal Science

China Legal Science is an English-language bimonthly academic law journal sponsored by the China Law Society and supervised by the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CPC Central Committee. It was founded in 2013. Together with the Chinese-language journal China Legal Science (《中国法学》), it is edited, published and distributed by the China Legal Science Magazine Agency (中国法学杂志社), a bureau-level public institution directly under the China Law Society. The journal states that it has established cooperative relationships with well-known domestic and international databases and abstract publications including HeinOnline, CNKI, the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Academic Journals Database, and PKULaw.
