China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as CSCEC 7th Bureau) is a Chinese construction company originally established in 1952. In September 1983, per a decision of the State Council and the Central Military Commission, China State Construction Engineering Corporation took over the former 21st Detachment of the Capital Construction Engineering Corps on an organizational basis; on 23 October 1984 the China Construction Seventh Engineering Division was formally established, and on 13 December 2007 it was restructured into a limited liability company.
