Chilewich

Chilewich is a design brand founded by designer Sandy Chilewich, who adapted the industrial process of extruding yarns and used vinyl to create woven placemats. The brand has expanded into five divisions—Retail, A+D, Wholesale, Interior Design, and Hospitality—and is helmed by industry leader John McPhee. Its products are available in 110 countries and range from rugs and placemats to wall textiles and upholstery. Products are designed at the New York City studio under VP of Design and Creative Kristin Harris, and woven textiles are made entirely in the United States, with a production facility in Chatsworth, Georgia manufacturing approximately 40,000 placemats a week.

Woven textiles contain a minimum of 18% renewable vegetable content and are made entirely in the United States; the production facility in Chatsworth, Georgia manufactures approximately 40,000 placemats a week.
