History
Charlott' is a French lingerie and ready-to-wear brand that sells through at-home selling (vente à domicile), with independent style consultants handling private shopping sessions. In 2017, Véronique Garnodier, PDG of Charlott', proposed to Pascale — who had over 20 years of experience in at-home selling — the project of creating a Charlott' entity in Belgium. Charlott' Belgique was launched and, within a year, counted five group leaders; it grew to around one hundred independent sales consultants. The brand has digitalized certain practices, including Liveshopping and a webTV. In November 2023, Charlott' launched its Liveshopping tool, allowing consultants to host virtual shopping appointments remotely. In March 2024, for its 30th anniversary, Charlott' launched a patented cargo trouser with 7 features, named Légende. In September 2025, Charlott' launched its affiliate program and its online store.
