Cerebral Brewing

Cerebral Brewing is an award-winning neighborhood brewery in Colorado, founded in 2015 by Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire. It emphasizes a scientific approach to beer, with an in-house QA/QC lab since day one, and also values artistic inspiration and creativity. The brewery operates taprooms in Congress Park, Aurora Arts, and West Highland.

Cerebral Brewing was brought to life in 2015 by co-founders Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood along the city’s famed Colfax Avenue. Since 2022, they have been brewing at an 18,000 sq. ft. facility in the Aurora Cultural Arts District, and their Aurora Arts taproom has been welcoming friends and neighbors since 2024. Recently, they opened a West Highland taproom in collaboration with Outside Pizza.
