CB Industrial Product Holding Berhad (CBIP) is a Malaysian public company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since June 2005. Since the 1980s it has equipped palm oil mills in Malaysia and around the world with processing equipment and replacement parts, and has pioneered patented Continuous Sterilization palm oil mills, providing full-fledged turnkey services. Its businesses also cover special purpose vehicles and steam energy boilers, and it has diversified into upstream oil palm plantation through strategic acquisitions.

CBIP was established in 1980. Since the 1980s it has equipped palm oil mills in Malaysia and around the world with high quality processing equipment and replacement parts. It was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia in May 1999 and on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in July 2005. Over the years it expanded beyond being a palm oil equipment and parts manufacturer, pioneering the development of patented Continuous Sterilization palm oil mills and establishing itself among the market leaders in providing full-fledged turnkey services to palm oil mills around the world. It also became principally involved in the retrofitting of special purpose vehicles and other palm oil mill related businesses namely steam energy boilers, and gradually diversified into the upstream business of oil palm plantation through a series of strategic acquisitions.
