Careplus Group Berhad is a Malaysian medical device manufacturer focused on delivering value and satisfaction to customers and stakeholders. It produces latex examination gloves, nitrile gloves and sterile surgical gloves. The company was incorporated in Malaysia on 30 March 2010 as Careplus Group Sdn. Bhd., converted to a public limited company on 5 April 2010, and listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 6 December 2010. On 31 December 2021 it transferred its listing to the Main Market of Bursa Securities. It has been in the glove business for more than 30 years and is expanding capacity to meet growing demand.

Careplus Group Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on 30 March 2010 as a private limited company under the name Careplus Group Sdn. Bhd. On 5 April 2010 it converted to a public limited company to facilitate listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, where it was listed on 6 December 2010. The company states it has been in the glove business for more than 30 years and is expanding capacity to meet growing demand. On 31 December 2021 it transferred the listing and quotation of its entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Its milestones include a 2011 joint venture with Descarpack Descartaveis do Brasil Ltda in Brazil to set up Careglove Global Sdn Bhd, and in 2020 the acquisition of the remaining 50% shares in CGG, a joint venture with Ansell Services (Asia) Sdn Bhd, the acquisition of Time Aircraft (now Careplus Properties Sdn Bhd) and the acquisition of Centro Heights Sdn Bhd. In 2021 it acquired a property through CPP as a new headquarters cum warehouse and packing services. In 2023 it disposed of its entire equity interest in CPM to Ansell in February 2023 and entered into a collaboration between Masterclean Technologies Sdn Bhd and Howard Woon Howl Chuen for a solar energy business.

• Nitrile gloves

  Latex free and contain no natural rubber latex proteins; tested for nitrosamines and residual chemicals; minimized Type 1 allergy risks and Type IV hypersensitivity reactions.

• Surgical gloves

  Sterile surgical gloves routinely worn during all invasive procedures to prevent possible transmission of diseases between healthcare professionals and the patient.
