Overview

Career International (科锐国际) is a China-based, technology-driven integrated talent solutions provider. Founded in 1996 as a headhunting consultancy, the company grew into one of China's leading human-resources service groups, offering mid-to-senior executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), flexible staffing, independent consultants, campus recruiting and employer branding, talent training and development, and talent planning and consulting. It describes itself as a provider of one-stop talent supply-chain solutions built on a "technology + platform + service" model. In June 2017 the company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (ticker 300662.SZ), becoming the first Chinese human-resources services company to list on the A-share market. It operates through more than 170 branches across 12 countries, with a service network spanning Europe, North America, South America, East Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa. Its overseas footprint covers China, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Switzerland, Japan, the United Arab Emirates and Hungary. Career International serves thousands of corporate clients and manages a large pool of placed professionals and outsourced staff. Its digital and platform products include HR SaaS applications, vertical recruitment platforms, and the human-resources industry interconnection platform Hewa (禾蛙). The company has increasingly positioned itself around AI-driven recruitment and talent matching, and in 2026 it marked its 30th anniversary under the brand theme "智无界·锐同行" (roughly, "intelligence without boundaries, advancing together").

History

Career International traces its origins to 1996, when it was founded as Career Consulting (科锐咨询) and began with headhunting, or mid-to-senior executive search. It was among the earliest Chinese firms to build a dedicated mid-to-senior talent search practice, and it deepened that business from 1996 onward. In 2005 the company introduced recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) in China, describing itself as the first to bring the RPO service model to the Chinese market and to set an industry service standard. The following year, 2006, it advanced the practice of flexible staffing in China and positioned itself as a compliance benchmark for that model. These moves broadened the company from pure search into end-to-end recruitment and workforce solutions. International expansion began in earnest in 2014 with a move into Southeast Asia, marking the start of its globalization journey. In June 2017 the company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under ticker 300662.SZ, becoming the first Chinese human-resources services enterprise to list on the A-share market; the listing was described as an upgrade of its strategic positioning. The next year, 2018, it acquired the British firm Investigo, extending its reach into the United Kingdom and Europe. In 2020 the company established Career Digital (科锐数字) and launched the industry interconnection platform Hewa (禾蛙), reflecting a push into digital and platform-based human-resources services. By 2025 it was deepening its layout across North America, the European Union, Australia, East Asia and the Middle East, pursuing globally coordinated operations and entering an AI-driven phase. In 2026 the company celebrated its 30th anniversary with the brand theme "智无界·锐同行" and released a 30th-anniversary visual identity, alongside annual and semi-annual reports and AI-focused talent-market research.
