CalifornianWines.eu was founded in 2011 when the founder, after discovering California wines, decided to import them directly to Europe. The first shipment was brought with the help of the American embassy in Prague. The mission was clear from the beginning: private clients, restaurants, and e-shop as showroom. They have imported mainly boutique wineries from the beginning, including Peter Franus Wines, Hendry Ranch Winery, and Mettler Family Vineyards.
