CABB Group is a leading contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) for starting materials, active ingredients and advanced intermediates. The company specializes in the production of customized, highly complex molecules for leading companies, particularly in crop sciences, life sciences and performance materials industry. CABB is headquartered in Sulzbach am Taunus, employs around 1,000 people and has five production sites in Europe and Asia.

CABB was founded in 2003 in Germany. Over the last 20 years, the CABB Group made several strategic acquisitions, including SF-Chem, Pratteln, Switzerland, which added sulfonation, chlorination, and custom manufacturing capabilities; Kemfine, Kokkola, Finland, expanding our base for custom manufacturing; a joint venture with Jinwei Huasheng Chemical Co., Shandong, China, adding additional MCA capacity; and Jayhawk Fine Chemicals, Galena, Kansas, USA, which was sold again in 2026 to sharpen their strategy.
