It sits at the intersection of Calle 127, Avenida Suba and Avenida Las Villas, directly opposite the Niza – Calle 127 station of the TransMilenio bus rapid transit system. The mall was inaugurated in 1988 with a design by architects Carlos Hernández, Eduardo Samper and Doménico Parma Marré, on what was formerly a wetland area belonging to the Córdoba wetland system. The mall also offers services such as PSE online bill payment and, in its basement, two electric vehicle chargers (type 1 and type 2). It is served by TransMilenio and by SITP urban bus routes on Calle 127 and Avenida Suba, with transfers possible using the TuLlave card.

History

Bulevar Niza was inaugurated in 1988 in the Suba locality of northern Bogotá, Colombia. The mall was built at the intersection of Calle 127, Avenida Suba and Avenida Las Villas, on land that had previously been part of the Córdoba wetland system. Its architectural design was carried out by Carlos Hernández, Eduardo Samper and Doménico Parma Marré. The center was positioned opposite what would later become the Niza – Calle 127 station of the TransMilenio BRT system, giving it direct access to one of Bogotá's main mass transit corridors. Between 2013 and 2016, Bulevar Niza underwent a significant renovation with an investment of 42,000 million Colombian pesos, modernizing its facilities and tenant mix. In the years since, it has continued to operate as a community-oriented shopping center, hosting a mix of fashion, health and beauty, footwear, entertainment, supermarket and service tenants. Its basement includes two electric vehicle chargers (type 1 and type 2), reflecting an effort to accommodate newer mobility needs. The mall is also integrated into the city's public transport network through TransMilenio and SITP routes, with transfers available via the TuLlave card.
