Bub's Pressure Washing

Bub's Pressure Washing & Softwashing is a veteran-owned exterior cleaning company based in Columbia, South Carolina. According to its official website, the business was founded by veterans who carried the values they learned in the military — discipline, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way — into a residential and commercial cleaning operation. The company positions itself as "South Carolina's Favorite Pressure Washing & Softwashing Company" and emphasizes military precision, commercial-grade equipment, and a five-star service standard. The company's core residential offering is complete exterior cleaning: house washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and brick cleaning. Its roof and house washing services use low-pressure softwash treatments designed to remove mold, algae, and black streaks without damaging shingles or voiding warranties, while concrete surfaces such as driveways, patios, pool decks, and sidewalks are restored with professional-grade surface cleaners. Window cleaning is performed with purified water systems for a streak-free finish. On the commercial side, Bub's serves gas stations, restaurants, fleet operators, new construction sites, HOA communities, golf courses, parking garages, and commercial buildings. Services include fuel island degreasing, canopy and awning cleaning, grease trap and dumpster pad degreasing, slip-and-fall prevention, on-site fleet washing with recurring maintenance plans, and post-construction cleanup. The company markets flexible scheduling, maintenance plans, and full liability coverage. Bub's operates across the Midlands region of South Carolina, listing service areas including Blythewood, Cayce, Chapin, Columbia, Elgin, Forest Acres, Irmo, Lexington, Newberry, Prosperity, and West Columbia, and states that it comes to customers with no trip fee. The business advertises free estimates, same-day scheduling, and a response time of under a minute for quote requests. It describes itself as fully licensed and insured and veteran owned and operated. As a privately held local service business, it does not disclose ownership structure, revenue, or founding year on its public pages.
