Brunch Republic is an Italian brunch restaurant chain. It describes itself as a community of brunch lovers and a format created to experience brunch without time rules, with an all-day brunch concept. Its locations are in major Italian cities, and its menu includes pancakes, avocado toast, burgers, coffee, smoothies, and matcha.

Brunch Republic describes its history as a journey in which each city is a stage and each opening a new beginning. The first Brunch Republic opened in Mestre, breaking traditional time rules with an all-day format in a market not yet accustomed to continuous brunch. A second location opened in Treviso, consolidating the format and making Brunch Republic a recognizable brand. The first franchise location opened in Florence, marking the start of a new expansion phase. The brand then reached six active locations: four owned in Mestre, Treviso, Padova and others.
