Bridge and Tunnel Brewery is a family-run microbrewery established in 2012. It was founded in a one-car garage in Maspeth, Queens, and later moved to Ridgewood, Queens, where it operates a tap room and 10-barrel brew system. The brewery has 16 draught taps and offers a variety of beers, including dark beers, hazy IPAs, and pilsners. It has won awards, including the 2023 NY State Governor's Cup for 'Best Beer in New York State'.
History
Bridge and Tunnel Brewery was founded in 2012 in a one-car garage in Maspeth, Queens. In 2014, brewer/builder Rich Castagna brought his dream of the ultimate road house to Ridgewood, Queens. The brewery is family-run and self-built, with a tap room and 10-barrel brew system built by the husband and wife proprietors.
