BRC Acoustics & Audiovisual Design is an acoustical and audiovisual consulting firm based in Seattle. It began in 1960 as Towne, Richards & Chaudiere, Inc., a pioneering acoustical consulting firm in the Northwest.

BRC Acoustics began in 1960 as Towne, Richards & Chaudiere, Inc., a pioneering acoustical consulting firm in the Northwest. The original TRC team included partners Buzz Towne, Roy Richards, and Herb Chaudiere. Early projects included studying aircraft departure noise for Seattle-Tacoma Airport in 1960 and designing sound absorbent roof panels for the Key Arena (built for the 1962 Seattle World's Fair). In the early 1970s, TRC proposed a lowered freeway in a trench for the I-90 upgrade across Mercer Island.
