In 2023 it relocated its headquarters, established Brave group Europe Limited, Brave group US Inc., 株式会社ENILIS, Brave group APAC(Thailand)Co.,Ltd., and 布雷福（深圳）贸易有限公司 (Brave group China), and integrated Geek Hive株式会社 and 株式会社LaRa and 株式会社ディーワン. In 2024 it integrated 株式会社Smarprise, established 株式会社Brave pictures, had Brave group US Inc. acquire the "idol" business, renamed 株式会社ディーワン to 株式会社D1-Lab after absorbing 株式会社MetaLab, and absorbed And Epoch株式会社. In 2025 it established 超銀河レコード, integrated 株式会社brossom, 株式会社Neo-Porte, and StelLive inc., established 주식회사 브레이브그룹한국 (Brave group Korea), and saw 株式会社FTW Entertainment inherit part of its business and become independent. As of September 2026 the company reports 434 employees, 16 group companies, 14 locations worldwide, and over 37,000,000 channel subscribers.
