BHIC's shipyards include Boustead Naval Shipyard in Lumut, Perak, and Boustead Langkawi Shipyard near Bukit Malut, Pulau Langkawi. The Group focuses on providing In-Service Support (ISS) and Refit Works for Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) submarines, and participates in the aerospace sector through joint venture companies including BHIC AeroServices Sdn Bhd (BHICAS) and Airbus Helicopters Simulation Centre Sdn Bhd (AHSC). In the 2024 financial year, the Group achieved a market capitalisation of RM236,998,000, total assets of RM263,436,000, and shareholders' funds of RM99,535,000.
