Blitz Nutrition is a Chilean sports nutrition brand that produces energy gels in 60g sachets, providing 35g of carbohydrates and 175mg of sodium, made with maqui and murta, endemic fruits of Chilean Patagonia, and a maximum of 7 ingredients. They are available in versions with 100mg of caffeine and without caffeine. The brand was founded by Tomás Yávar.

Blitz Nutrition was founded by Tomás Yávar after personal experiences with energy gels that had long ingredient lists. He spent about 18 months developing the first prototype, consulting with sports nutritionists and athletes. The brand focuses on simple, functional formulas with only necessary ingredients.
