BharatBenz was first unveiled in February 2011 and celebrated its market launch in September 2012. Within twelve years of its market entry, the brand delivered over 1,77,500+ BharatBenz trucks and buses to customers. The brand's heritage is linked to Daimler AG, with the names of Gottlieb Daimler and Carl Benz associated with the creation of the automobile, and the DNA of BharatBenz dates back to 1896 when Gottlieb Daimler built the world's first truck.
