BFS Foods is a convenience store chain operated by BFS Companies, a private, family owned corporation headquartered in Morgantown, WV. BFS Companies began in 1974 as an agriculture business (Bruceton Farm Service) when Marshall Bishop purchased a Southern States store in Bruceton Mills, WV. The first BFS Foods convenience store opened in the early 1980s in Mt Lake Park, MD. The chain has grown to more than 90 convenience store locations and 20 liquor stores across WV, MD, PA, OH and VA, and operates 80+ branded fast food outlets inside or beside its stores.
