Bertam Alliance Berhad is a Malaysian public company incorporated on 27 June 1994 under the Companies Act 1965 as UH Dove Holdings Berhad, and listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now the Main Market of Bursa Securities) on 30 May 1995. It adopted its current name on 21 January 2003. Through its subsidiaries, the group is principally involved in property development and the provision of construction management services, with future development projects comprising residential and mixed-use developments catering to the medium and affordable-end markets in selected townships in East Malaysia.

Bertam Alliance Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 27 June 1994 as a public limited company under the name UH Dove Holdings Berhad. It was listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now the Main Market of Bursa Securities) on 30 May 1995. In 2002, the company acquired Bertam Development Sdn Bhd, Budaya Identiti Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Sungei Buan Sdn Bhd, all involved in property development activities. On 21 January 2003, the company adopted the name Bertam Alliance Berhad. Through its subsidiaries, the group is principally involved in property development and the provision of construction management services.
