Bermaz Auto Berhad is a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 18 November 2013. The Bermaz Group is principally involved in the distribution and provision of after-sales services and spare parts of two internationally renowned marques in Malaysia, namely Mazda and Xpeng, and is also the distributor of the Mazda marque in the Philippines. It distributes a wide range of vehicles under the two marques, with 3S centres located in major townships throughout Malaysia. The company was incorporated in May 2010 as a private limited company, converted to a public company in July 2011, listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in November 2013, and adopted its present name, Bermaz Auto Berhad, in October 2016. It is principally an investment holding company, with key subsidiaries including Bermaz Motor Sdn Bhd (100% owned), the distributor of specific Mazda marque vehicles in Malaysia.
