BEKO TECHNOLOGIES is a globally active, independent family-owned German company specializing in compressed air and compressed-gas technology. It began in 1982 in a backyard garage in Düsseldorf, Germany, where Berthold Koch developed the first electronically level-controlled condensate drain, the BEKOMAT. The company later relocated to Neuss and expanded its portfolio into compressed air treatment. It develops and manufactures certified solutions for compressed air quality, with products including the BEKOMAT condensate drain and BEKOSPLIT emulsion splitting plants.

Between 1986 and 1993 the BEKOMAT was introduced to the market, production grew, and the company relocated within Düsseldorf before moving to larger premises in Neuss toward the end of the 1980s. From 1993 to 1998 the company expanded its production and logistics areas and, alongside further development of condensate technology products, set standards in compressed air treatment with the DRYPOINT M compressed air dryer. BEKO TECHNOLOGIES describes itself as an independent family business and states it has set benchmarks in compressed air treatment for more than 40 years.
