Beijing Zhifei Lvzhu Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, production and sale of biological products, registered in 2003 and renamed to its current name in 2013. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chongqing Zhifei Biological Products Co., Ltd. Its marketed vaccine products include meningococcal polysaccharide and conjugate vaccines, a Haemophilus influenzae type b conjugate vaccine, and a 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine.

Beijing Zhifei Lvzhu Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was registered and established in 2003. In 2007, the production workshop at the Tongji North Road plant was put into use. In 2008, its Group A and Group C meningococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine and its ACYW135 meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine went on sale. In 2010, Chongqing Zhifei Biological Products Co., Ltd. was successfully listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In 2012, its Haemophilus influenzae type b conjugate vaccine went on sale. In 2013, the company changed its name to 'Beijing Zhifei Lvzhu Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.' and its Group A and Group C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine went on sale. In 2015, the 'Vaccine Industrialization Base and R&D Center' at the Tongji North Road plant was put into use. In 2018, prefilled-syringe formulations of its Group A and Group C meningococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine and its Haemophilus influenzae type b conjugate vaccine went on sale. In 2020, the 'New Vaccine Variety Industrialization Production Base' at the Taihe Third Street plant was put into use. In 2021, construction started on the 'New Virus Vaccine and Engineered Vaccine Industrialization Capacity Building Project' at the Rongxing Street plant. In 2023, the Zhifei Biological Innovation Incubation Center was put into use. In 2024, its 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine went on sale.
