The company is based on a team of consultants with experience in the private sector, state administration, and diplomatic services. It has been developing long-term relationship activities since 1994 and is among leading consulting companies in Public Affairs and lobbying. It maintains a boutique character and cooperates with legislative experts from the sister law firm Becker a Poliakoff, s.r.o. and partner offices in Brussels and Washington, D.C. It is a registered lobbyist under Act No. 168/2025 Sb. and a member of the Association of Public Affairs of the Czech Republic.
