Bayer CropScience K.K. (バイエル クロップサイエンス株式会社) is a Japanese company headquartered in Tokyo. It was established in 1941 as Nihon Tokushu Noyaku Seizo K.K. and has undergone several name changes and mergers. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer Holding Co., Ltd. The company develops, manufactures, imports, exports, and sells agrochemicals and hygiene agents. It operates development bases in Yuki and Kochi, and a production base in Hofu.

The company was established in 1941 as Nihon Tokushu Noyaku Seizo K.K. In 1991, it changed its name to Nihon Bayer Agrochem K.K. In 2002, it merged with Aventis CropScience Shionogi K.K. and changed its name to Bayer CropScience K.K. In 2020, it integrated the business of Monsanto Japan K.K. It has development bases in Yuki and Kochi, and a production base in Hofu.
