PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (the Company) was established on December 8, 2014. It is part of the Batavia Group, which includes several other companies. The company provides vehicle rental services with benefits such as insurance, asset care, accident handling, replacement units, tax and registration management, and 24-hour customer service.

PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk was established on December 8, 2014, based on the Deed of Establishment Number 20 dated December 8, 2014, and was ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. AHU-0133301.40.80 of 2014 dated December 19, 2014. The Company has undergone several amendments to its articles of association, most recently based on Notarial Deed No. 59 dated July 7, 2020. Since its establishment, the Company has continued to develop its business network, starting with expansions in Tangerang and Surabaya in 2015. By the end of 2021, the Company has 5 representative offices in Indonesia located in Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Palembang and Medan.
