Bank of Innovation, Inc. (株式会社バンク・オブ・イノベーション) is a Japanese company established on January 12, 2006, headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Its stated corporate philosophy is to be the entertainment company that creates the world's greatest 'memories', with the belief that good things will always be recognized. Its business covers the development and operation of smartphone applications and the development of entertainment-related services as new business. It listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in July 2018. Its game titles include MementoMori, which launched in October 2021, as well as earlier titles such as 幻獣契約クリプトラクト and ミトラスフィア.

Bank of Innovation, Inc. was established in January 2006. In March 2007 it began providing the video search engine service 'Fooooo'. In September and November 2012 it launched the iOS and Android versions of 征戦！エクスカリバー in Japan, and in September and December 2013 the Android and iOS versions of ポケットナイツ in Japan. In February and March 2015 the Android and iOS versions of 幻獣契約クリプトラクト were launched, and in November 2015 the office was relocated. In August 2017 ミトラスフィア -MITRASPHERE- launched on iOS and Android. In July 2018 the company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market. In November 2019 it established the wholly owned subsidiary 株式会社Koiniwa, which in April 2021 launched the iOS and Android versions of 恋庭. In November 2022 it established the wholly owned subsidiary 株式会社バンク・オブ・インキュベーション (now 株式会社Nido One), and in October 2022 MementoMori launched on iOS, Android and DMMGAMES. In June 2023 幻獣契約クリプトラクト and ミトラスフィア ended service. MementoMori marked its 1st anniversary in October 2023, its 2nd in October 2024 and its 3rd in October 2025; an Apk version launched in May 2024, a Windows version in July 2024 and a Steam version in March 2025. In July 2026 the company absorbed and merged the wholly owned subsidiary 株式会社Koiniwa, and in January 2026 it marked 20 years since establishment.
