Autostrade dello Stato

Autostrade dello Stato is the in-house company of Italy's Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, entirely controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. It was established in April 2024 by a Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers following a resolution of the Council of Ministers, for the design, construction, maintenance and management of toll motorway sections and related services, with a stated focus on safety, efficiency and innovation. Its mission is to provide innovative motorway services, promote sustainable mobility and network safety, and support the country's infrastructure growth. The company's stated values are safety, innovation, service quality and sustainability. Its CEO is Vito Cozzoli.
