Au 23

Au 23 is a hospitality brand operating a bar-restaurant in Lyon, France. Its commercial identity is tied to a single venue, presented online under the domain au-23-bar-restaurant-lyon.com, which explicitly links the name to both bar and restaurant service in Lyon. As a local hospitality business rather than a national chain, its brand presence is concentrated in the Lyon market and is expressed through its venue name, its food-and-beverage offering, and its direct web presence. The brand sits in the food service and hospitality sector, where the venue name itself functions as the trademark and customer-facing identity. Au 23 serves the combined role of bar and restaurant, a common format in French cities where a single establishment offers drinks alongside a dining menu. Its positioning is local and venue-based: customers identify it by its Lyon location and by the Au 23 name rather than by a corporate parent brand. Because the available evidence is limited to a Wikidata entry and the venue's own website, details such as founding year, ownership structure, and corporate history are not documented here. The brand should be understood as an active local hospitality operation in Lyon, with its website serving as the primary public-facing channel for information about the bar-restaurant.

Au 23 is documented as a commercial entity associated with a bar-restaurant in Lyon, France. The available evidence consists of a Wikidata item titled 'Au 23' and the venue's own website at au-23-bar-restaurant-lyon.com. No founding date, ownership history, or corporate milestones are provided in the supplied evidence. The brand's history is therefore best described as that of a local Lyon hospitality venue operating under the Au 23 name, with its website serving as the primary public record of its existence and offering.
