Atlántico Shopping

Atlántico Shopping is a shopping mall and mixed-use development located on Avenida Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Parada 22, in Maldonado, Uruguay, near Punta del Este. It was inaugurated on 16 December 2023 in the presence of Uruguay's president, Luis Lacalle Pou. The complex covers approximately 45,000 square metres and combines a shopping centre with residential towers. Its anchor store is Tienda Inglesa. The first residential tower, called More I, contains 174 apartments, and three further towers are planned for residences, offices and a hotel. The development is marketed as a mixed-use project integrating a shopping centre with four residential towers offering premium amenities and tax-free apartments. It is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00. Together with Punta Shopping, it is one of the two largest shopping centres in the area.
