Ariana Brewery

Ariana Brewery was a Bulgarian brewing company established in Sofia in 1884 by the Czech Proshek brothers. It began as Sofia Brewery and operated with brewing methods associated with the Czech brewing tradition. One of its early beers, Proshekovo Pivo, received a gold medal at Antwerp in 1891, helping establish the brewery's reputation during the formative period of Bulgaria's modern brewing industry.
