Overview
ARCA Space, formally the Romanian Cosmonautics and Aeronautics Association, is a Romanian aerospace organization founded in 1999 by engineer and entrepreneur Dumitru Popescu together with other rocket and aeronautics enthusiasts. History
ARCA Space was established in Romania in 1999 as the Romanian Cosmonautics and Aeronautics Association.
