Ara Audio-video

Ara Audio-video (Bulgarian: Ара Аудио-Видео) is a Bulgarian record company and label. Its catalogue centres on Bulgarian pop-folk and folk music, and it is known as the home of several prominent names in that scene. Beyond recorded music, the company owns the television company FEN TV Ltd. (ФЕН ТИ ВИ ООД), through which it operates the music channel FEN TV — which broadcasts the music of artists signed to Ara — and Balkanika Music Television, a channel devoted to music from across Bulgaria and the wider Balkan region. The label's roster has included artists such as Alisia, Emanuela, Kali, Kondyo, Gina Stoeva, Teodora, Rumina and Reni, while Tanya Boeva and Sofi Marinova are listed among former signings. Ara Audio-video therefore functions as both a record label and a small media group, combining music production and release with television broadcasting aimed at Bulgarian and Balkan audiences.

This combination of a record label with dedicated music television channels gives the company a vertically integrated presence in the Bulgarian music media landscape, allowing it to promote its own artists through its own broadcast outlets.
