Ansamble

Ansamble is a French collective catering company. It describes itself as a company of cooks that innovates so that every day the plate is reinvented and contributes to access for all to healthy and natural food. It serves diners from crèche to elderly people, across early childhood, education, business and medico-social segments. It states it has more than 2,400 employees and has been an entreprise à mission since 2022.

Ansamble was born in 1978 from a grouping of regional players, characterized by its territorial anchoring and a strong social and societal commitment, and gradually structured itself to become a significant player in collective catering. In 2022, it formalized long-standing commitments by adopting entreprise à mission status and integrating a raison d'être into its statutes, defining its ambition around four pillars: health, territories, social and environment.
