Overview
Anocca is a Swedish clinical-stage biotechnology company developing advanced T-cell immunotherapies. Founded in 2014, it has built a deep tech platform combining novel biotechnologies, processes and infrastructure to analyse T-cell biology at scale, together with an integrated software ecosystem. Its primary focus is engineering T-cell receptor engineered T-cell therapies (TCR-T) for untreatable cancers, and it develops and manufactures libraries of TCR-T cell therapies at in-house facilities in Sweden. The company is more than 120 scientists, software developers, engineers, manufacturing and quality specialists, and support and business personnel, with a team drawn from over 35 nations.
History
Anocca was founded in 2014 to build the biotechnologies, processes and infrastructure needed to decode T-cell immunity, with the ambition to build new forms of T-cell immunotherapies. Over the following decade the company invented, refined and deployed technologies and infrastructure into a deep tech platform to analyse T-cell biology at scale. It now focuses on the development and manufacturing of libraries of TCR-T cell therapies for the hardest to treat cancers, working out of state-of-the-art facilities in Sweden. On 11 June 2026, Anocca announced the successful dosing of the first patients across multiple clinical sites with ANOC-001, a TCR-T therapy targeting KRAS G12V mutations in an aggressive form of pancreatic cancer; ANOC-001 is the first product to enter the company's VIDAR-1 clinical programme focused on pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
