Aliança Geração de Energia

Aliança Geração de Energia S.A. is a Brazilian company active in the generation and commercialization of electric energy, headquartered in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Founded in 2015, it emerged among the largest private electric energy generation companies in Brazil. The company also invests in future generation from diverse sources such as wind and solar to ensure diversification and sustainability of its operations.

In 2025, on September 18, the entry of Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) as a shareholder with 70% of the capital was concluded, alongside Vale, which retains 30%. On September 1, 2025, two new assets were included: the Sol do Cerrado photovoltaic plant and the Risoleta Neves hydroelectric plant. In 2026, on June 15, the inclusion of the new asset Complexo Eólico Caetité Norte was formalized.
