Alfa Pizza

Alfa Forni is an Italian manufacturer of pizza ovens, established in 1977. The ovens are made in Italy, specifically in Anagni, between Rome and Naples. The company was founded by two cousins, Rocco Lauro and Marcello Ortuso, with a vision to make flame cooking accessible. Alfa Forni offers a range of home and professional ovens, as well as bases, accessories, and complements. They also provide courses and masterclasses through the Alfa Academy.

Alfa Forni was founded in 1977 when Rocco Lauro and Marcello Ortuso lit the first Alfa fire. The company is based in Anagni, Italy, and has been making ovens for nearly 50 years.
